At the core of this process is a uniquely designed “live 360-degree feedback process” that the leaders participate in to establish a holistic view of the leader’s effectiveness. This process is highly customizable to ensure that the 360-degree interviews focus on the leader’s current and desired behavior are aligned with the organization’s strategy, values and cultural norms.
Enhanced Executive/Leader Coaching
The enhanced executive/leader coaching engagement begins with the individual taking one of the validated assessment instruments to provide additional insight into the leader’s style, preferences and natural areas for development.
The leader will then work in collaboration with the Executive Coach to outline the key goals for the coaching engagement which may include but are not limited to improved leadership skills, increased self- awareness, enhanced productivity and performance and better decision-making.
